The company Firma Sport-Systeme
Dittrich was founded by the owner, Bernd
Dittrich, on 1st November 2003.
Being enthusiastic for all technical
things already in his youth, he started sport-shooting
in 1990. From that time onwards, he was fascinated by the
functionality of guns,
which laid the foundation for his future professional life.
Right after the company foundation, we were busy working
on the reproduction of the MP 38, which could be introduced
for the first time as BD38 at the IWA in Nuremberg in
March 2005 and could be sold in shops from August onwards.
This was the first important milestone in the company history.
Further available models are the reproduction of the assault
rifle ‘Sturmgewehr 44’ and the rifle ‘Gerät
3008 Neumünster’.
We are continuously extending our range of products and
currently the following models are available:
— BD44 (replica of the Sturmgewehr 44)
— BD3008 (replica of the Gerät 3008 Neumünster)
— BD42(H) (replica of the MKB42(H) )
— BD43/1 (replica of the MP43/1)
— BD42 1.st model (replica of the FG42)
At the moment, we are redeveloping the FG 42 second model.
Interested collectors and sports marksmen may look forward
to further models in the future.
Our ultimate ambition is to manufacture historical guns which are as close to
the original as possible. Thus, for example, the grips
and the stock of the BD 38 are made from Bakelite, like
the original.
Greatest importance is attached to manufacturing all single
components in our
own company by the principle ‘Made in Germany’.
Any tools required for the production process, such as tools for embossing sheet
metal, for forging, broaching and gauges are manufactured by ourselves.
On September 15, 2008 the German BKA has certified that
all our models comply with the Weapon Law Regulations (WaffVwV).
All models mentioned in their certificate will in the future
be manufcatured as exclusive small series, step by step.
We have taken another important step in our company history
and changed our legal form as of September 22, 2008 into
Sport-Systeme Dittrich GmbH.
